JPA can provide advice and support to building owners and developers concerning property investment decisions such as the acquisition, development, maintenance or disposal of building services systems. JPA offer:

Dilapidations surveys; to review the building services and any modifications which might have been made to the base build systems to identify either hidden defects and faults or to highlight re-instatement works.

Condition Surveys; to assess the condition of mechanical/electrical installations in order to predict the viability for future long term retention or the level of maintenance required which is therefore a crucial indicator of future investment requirements.

Acquisition Surveys; an evaluation of the financial and/or technical risks when purchasing a building/ dwelling.
