JPA have been engaged to carry out full mechanical, public health and electrical services design including relevant energy assessments for compliance with Building Regulations.
The building is currently a listed church consecrated in 1874, with an extension to the church completed in 1897.
The proposals comprise the demolition of the church extension and new build residential flats, which will be used to fund the refurbishment of the church and provision of three large community facilities within the church including a cafe, toilets and office space.
