As the market in Central and Eastern Europe opens up, our Clients have identified opportunities for joint ventures to develop these markets, but require schemes of a commercial nature rather than the traditional design standards of these regions. Our involvement in such schemes has resulted in 40% savings in the services costs of projects, by applying appropriate commercial standards as would be employed in the UK.

To enable us to do this we set up joint ventures with design practices in the countries concerned to deal with the detailed design at a local level to comply with Local Authority and Building Regulation standards.
