JPA ACHIEVE BS EN 9001:2008 ACCREDITATION

John Packer Associates are proud to announce their achievement at gaining BS EN 9001:2008 accreditation on 8th March 2010.
This accomplishment further demonstrates the quality service provided to our clients by our dedicated team of consultants and support staff.
The accreditation of the companies Quality Management System has followed several months work fine tuning our existing systems to meet the standard required of the ISO 9001 assessment. The system has been independently assessed by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance and will continue to undergo assessment in order to ensure that the standard is maintained.
The Quality Management System covers all processes and procedures carried out throughout the organisation, from project feasibility to completion of construction schemes, staff training and development and the suppliers and services that we use to deliver the first class service that JPA customers rightly expect.
