JPA NOW PROVIDE BREEAM BESPOKE AND INTERNATIONAL ASSESSMENTS

The BREEAM family of assessment methods and tools are all designed to help construction professionals understand and mitigate the environmental impacts of the developments they design and build.
JPA are accredited BREEAM Offi ces, Education, International, Bespoke, EcoHomes & Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors and can provide advice and guidance on compliance with these standards. Our sustainability team can also offer a dynamic Thermal Modelling Service that enables us to determine the thermal performance of a building at the design stage as well as day light analysis techniques; both requirements of a BREEAM Assessment.
Councils, housing associations, landowners and developers are increasingly asking for assessments to be carried out on their developments. Typically used standards are the Code for Sustainable Homes for new residential, Ecohomes for refurbished residential and BREEAM for everything else.
