HISTORIC BUILDINGS
Historic and Listed buildings present their own unique challenges due to the limitations imposed on the accommodation of engineering plant and distribution networks. Very often the original passive design principles employed hold good today and may be retained or enhanced as part of project works. If greater intervention is needed then this has to be done sympathetically to ensure the minimum impact on the building and to ensure that the final solution is in keeping.
