Quality Management System

It is the policy of John Packer Associates to provide professional Construction Consultancy Services at an economic level to the standard and requirements of our Client’s.

John Packer Associates have produced a Quality Systems Manual, based on the BSRIA standard methodology AG 1/2002 that includes laid down procedures with regard to the quality of our working documentation and service to Client’s.

All employees are required to adhere to the documented procedures referred to in the Quality Systems Manual. By encouraging all employees to strive for excellence in their professional duties we aim for an efficient, economical, environmentally friendly and effective product that meets the needs of our Client’s.

We have a policy of training and educating our staff to help them achieve job satisfaction and understand the requirements of their job and how they fit into the organisation.

There are regular monitoring procedures in place to ensure quality objective are met. In general this is achieved by the checking of all outgoing documentation by a professional who has not previously worked on this project. Where possible industry standard methods of working have been adapted for consistency with other professional team members.

Principles of quality are relayed to staff from the initial recruitment onwards, with regular technical and all staff meetings held to gain feedback and constant improvement.

The Practice has appointed a QA Consultant with a view to obtaining accreditation for BS ISO 9001/2000.
