PRIVACY POLICY/DATA PROTECTION POLICY

John Packer Associates aims to follow the principles of the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 in protecting the privacy of those who visit our site and sending private information to us.

We aim to fairly and lawfully process any information held and will only ask for relevant and adequate details to be processed for the specific purpose submitted ie CV for job applicants.

The information held is only retained for the period necessary, when it is removed once the purpose has been met, and is kept secure in our information base.

We aim to keep our information secure and in no way pass any details on to other third parties. We have security in place to prevent unauthorised access to our systems in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998.
